A superb quality Victorian marble and gilt bronze clock , 8day French movement striking on a bell, the case of architectural form with gilt cast circular dial within a c-scroll and foliage bezel flanked by inset panels containing symbols for the arts and sciences, surmounted by two impressive reclining classical ladies.
