Description

A stunning and quite beautiful English sterling silver box with all over pretty repousse decoration with a vacant cartouche.

The inside is exceptional, beautifully gilded; the lid is hinged, the hinge in perfect working order and the lid fits well. The inside base is where one of the hallmarks can be found for Birmingham 1905, making this a true Edwardian example. The makers initials, B & Co. are also present for Broadway & Company.

Excellent condition, measuring 6 1/2" x 2 7/8" x 1 3/4" tall. 3.18 Troy Ounces / 98.9 Grams.
