A Large Cooking pot from the 19thc with a wrought iron handle probably a French Daubier as some had these funnels as this does to help the cooking process. It seems to be made of brass but has copper connotations. It says : A 19th-century French daubière with a spout is a rare variation of the traditional braising pan, designed for cooking slow-simmered dishes like daube. While most daubières are rectangular or oval copper pots with a tight-fitting lid, the addition of a spout suggests it was adapted for specific kitchen tasks, such as draining liquids
