Sandbanks Antiques has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
This is an elegant and well-proportioned Chinese vase featuring a vibrant, single-colour glaze.

The neck flares out gracefully into a wide, dish-shaped mouth.
The most striking feature is the glaze, a brilliant "apple green" or emerald green hue. The glaze has a lustrous, high-gloss finish with a notable "crackle" effect, which is a desirable characteristic in many types of Chinese ceramics.
The crackle is fine and evenly distributed, giving the surface a rich texture and visual depth.
