A Welsh 19thc Oil Painting of a Farm Cottage Interior

Description

A charming 19thc oil on canvas primitive of an interior cottage scene complete with a boy fishing and a lamb warming itself!!

It is in good original condition with no issues (repairs) etc

It measures 56cms wide and 47cms deep including the ebonised wood frame.

It has resided in a local farm since the day it was painted ,probably around the middle to end of the 19th century.

It is unsigned as most of these farm painting were. Itinerant painters travelled from farm to farm doing portraits etc
