Victorian Solid Mahogany D-ended Extending Dining Table (10 Seater Max)

Description

A magnificent late Victorian solid mahogany D-ended extending Dining Table with three additional leaves by Spillman & Co, St Martins, London. The solid mahogany top has a beaded edge with plain frieze under. The crank-wound extension movement allows the table D-ends to move apart providing space for the additional leaves.

The leaf configuration allows for seating for 4 people at its smallest, circular diameter 4 ft (122 cm) up to 10 people at its maximum length 7ft 10 ins (240 cm). The table is supported on four stylish turned and reeded tapering legs ending in brass and porcelain castors. Height: 29 inches (74 cm)
