Description

An antique Bidermere tall chest and secretaire and dating from around 1880. The top has a moulded cornice with a long drawer underneath. Following this is three more long drawers. All the drawers are Oak lined. The secretaire drawer has a drop down front with an open centre and two small drawers to each side. To each side of the top is a column with acanthus carved caps. The base has three long drawers. The bottom drawer is serpentine front and all drawers are Oak lined. It stands on a plinth and on square style feet and has a key. The top half lifts off.
