We are delighted to offer this enchanting antique Edwardian 18ct gold amethyst & seed pearl ring made c.1900.

The ring presents a fabulous central natural amethyst which has been wonderfully cut in an emerald cut shape with a cluster border of seed pearls surrounding it.

The central amethyst exhibits an elegant yet vibrant hue of purple with some natural inclusions which adds to its antique charm. The manner in which it has been set almost seamlessly between the pearls and its gold mount maximises its surface reflection and draws the eyes to the centre which is ever so slightly raised.

Owing to its elegant yet modest two-tone design, it could be worn with a variety of accessories, whether it be for wearing as a contrasting piece of jewellery among other pieces or as a highlighting single ring. Such a piece is bound to be a conversation starter and a wonderful way to express your passion for fine jewellery and antiques.

The ring is marked 18ct on the inside of the shank.
