It is solid and sturdy enough to sit on as a dressing table stool or use as a footstool or ottoman. With part paper label underneath for “W. Kettlewell and Sons, Cabinet Makers, Upholsterers, Carpet Warehousemen, 100 Briggate, Leeds.”
