A Fine Louis Xv Style Marquetry & Ormolu Commode

Description

A fine Louis XV style serpentine marquetry & ormolu commode. Raised on cabriole legs with two oak lined drawers. This bombe shaped commode is in aramanth and satinwood and has floral marquetry to the front, radiating suns to either end and an abundance of decorative ormolu mounts, it also has its original Breche d'Alep Marble Top. In very good and original condition. 790mm high, 1070mm wide and 520mm deep. French. Circa 1880.
