Large Antique Victorian Carnelian 9k Yellow Gold Charm Pendant Fob Seal

An antique large 9K (9 karat) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a fob seal set with an oval carnelian measuring 25 x 20.5 x 4.5 mm weighing approximately 21 carats. The carnelian is blank so may be engraved.
 
The carnelian is held in a band engraved in the repousse style with swirls and flowers, with two rounded interlaced and scrolled risers meeting at the pendant bail. The risers are further engraved to a foliate style.
 
Hallmarked for 9 karat gold, Birmingham, 1898.
 
Dimensions: 3.5 x 2.8 x 2.4 cm (not including jump ring)
