Brief Description:

Each beautifully decorated piece has a vibrant floral shield in blues and greens.
One jar is inscribed 'UNG POPUL' - a populus ointment or Balm of Gilread, used to treat burns, cuts, and wounds.
The second jar is inscribed 'PULPA CASSIE' - a currently unidentified substance.

The jars have a wonderful opaque surface in most areas.
Indeed, they are a treasure to behold and relatively rare to find in such good condition.

Other than the minimal amount of wear, chips, and minor cracks commensurate with age, both jars are in very sweet condition - see images.
