A beautiful solid silver snuff box. It is hallmarked with what I think are possibly early German or Belgian marks. It tests as high grade silver and will date to the early 19th century. It has been beautifully made and is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the inside is clean and gilded and the lid closes tightly. It measures approx. 1.5 inches (3.6cms) across by 1 inch by 0.5inches tall and weighs 15 grams. A very pretty interesting piece.
