The Fancy Fox has dated this Worcester Porcelain Shell Dish to the 18th Century.
A vibrant kakiemon style palette of brilliant aquamarine turquoise, iron red, lemon yellow and lilac blue, with black enamel outlines and detailing. The shaped finger hold section is picked out with puce enamel, underglaze wet blue and gilding.

Marked with the Wigornia "W" mark. c.1770.
It measures 7 1/2" (19.1cm) wide by 7 5/8" (19.3cm) deep and 1 1/2" (3.8cm) high.
Condition is excellent with no damage, repair or restoration and minimal handling wear.
