Large Antique Solid Copper Oval Jardiniere

1900 - 1920
Description

Attractive antique English solid copper footed jardiniere / indoor house planter finished with a brass rim to upper outer edge and foot.

Very subtle hand-hammered finish to the body. Good large size. Heavy gauge.

Condition: Beautiful antique order. No noticeable dings, dents or bends and no holes. Light scratches but nothing prominent. It sits firmly balanced and has been cleaned and hand polished externally, whilst still retaining a little patina.

Impressed to the brass rims as follows:

Upper rim: (looks like) BRONZOTECTIC - MB

Base rim: Made in England

Measurements:

External rim: 31.5cm x 27.75cm

Overall height: 18cm

Internal depth: 14.5cm

Internal base: 24.75cm 21cm
