Exquisite Georgian Silver & Pale Green Cut Glass Scent Bottle, Circa 1830

Description

This is a very pretty silver lidded Georgian glass scent bottle. The slender rounded rectangular pale green glass body sliced-cut. The silver screw-top lid opening to reveal the original green glass stopper. Stands upright.

Hallmarks:

The silver lid is unmarked, which is quite usual with scent bottles, but tested as silver.

Condition:

Good.

Silver lid in reasonable condition, a little worn at places.

Glass in very good condition.

No chips or cracks.

Dimensions:

Height: 8cm / 3 inches.

Width: 2.5cm / 1 inch.

Depth: 1.5cm / 0.6 inches.
