Fowey River Antiques has dated this piece to the 1950s.

The solid 18ct rose gold case is an oversize 35mm in diameter excluding the original crown.
The case edges are sharp and crisp, the serrations on the original winding crown are razor sharp. The watch looks like it was kept hidden away in a drawer and almost never worn

The movement is a fine gold plated calibre 27 which is quite rare and very high quality, this was Longines highest grade movement of this period. It has been freshly serviced and is currently running at plus 5 seconds per day , not bad for a 70 year old watch. The serial number dates this watch to 1951.

The beautiful dial is totally original and near perfect it has had no restoration whatsoever.
The hands are matching rose gold and all original.
Its the most original and perfect unrestored example you will ever see and it comes with its original box.

As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case.
We have fitted a black alligator strap but we can fit any colour or style you prefer.
A very rare high quality collectors piece that can be handed down through the generations.
You will never see another one like it.
