The sapphire sits within a surround of 18 eight-cut diamonds within a milgrained channel setting. Wonderful pretty detailing in the gallery leads to a slender shank set with a further two diamond at the top of each shoulder.

Accompanied by a report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating the sapphire shows no indication of heating, and is Sri Lankan (Ceylon) in origin.
Cut: Oval cut sapphire and eight-cut diamonds.
Colour: The diamonds range from H to J.

Clarity: The sapphire has visible inclusions. The diamonds range from VS2 to SI2.
Carat: The sapphire is 3.25 carat. A total approximate diamond weight of 0.38 carat.
