A fabulous early 1700s Spanish Vargueno with a 19th Century Stand. The Vargueno is wonderfully detailed with parcel gilt and bone inlay, it comes with working locks and original keys. The Vargueno has 18 separate drawers and 5 lockable cupboards, one containing 4 drawers. This is a true statement piece, in beautiful condition for its 300 plus years, stunning to look at and a very rare find. The walnut stand which dates to the 1800s is also a beautiful piece, designed to hold a vargueno, and very in keeping with the style.
