Fine quality, early Victorian, golden mahogany clerks desk. The top section with lift up flap with working lock and a well panelled back. Sitting on a frame with 2 full length, mould fronted, drawers of a good, hand-cut, dovetailed construction with solid mahogany linings, turned knob handles and working locks. With a pretty fretwork pattern on front and sides and standing on 4 well turned legs.
