Antique Silver & Enamel Royal Coat of Arms Brooch – Early 20th Century
A finely detailed antique silver brooch depicting the Royal Coat of Arms of the United Kingdom, enamelled in red and blue and bearing the mottos ''Dieu et mon droit'' and ''Honi soit qui mal y pense''. The piece features a crowned lion and unicorn supporters, a central shield with quartered arms, and a lion passant atop the crown.
Crafted in sterling silver (marked ''SILVER'' to reverse), with a traditional pin and clasp fastening. The brooch is of good weight and quality, with lovely depth to the casting and enamel work.
