Description

George III mahogany linen press c.1790. Solid mahogany top made from two boards of particularly good colour and grain, with a thumb moulded edge. Two door cupboard fitted with a single shelf inside (depth 21"), over a single drawer in the base. Raised and fielded door panels in solid mahogany with a brass turn catch. Mahogany drawer front with good brass handles. Raised on the original tall shaped bracket feet to the front and sides. Solid mahogany sides, pine back panels. Very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
