At its centre is a dramatic carved black onyx cameo depicting a noble horse's head and flowing mane, surrounded by a glittering halo of 36 brilliant-cut diamonds, gradually graduating from approx. 0.005ct to 0.05ct, creating a refined and powerful visual impact.
