Hampton & Sons, a well-known name in furniture and estate agency, had a presence on Pall Mall in London. They were initially established in 1830 on Cranbourn Street by William Hampton, and later moved to 8 Pall Mall East, adjacent to Trafalgar Square, in 1869. The company was known for its fine furniture, including pieces for the Royal Yacht Britannia, the Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth liners, and various hotels and palaces.
