The top has a good quality leather insert with gold tooling it remains in very good condition with some marks associated with use .
It has a great colour and grain and very well proportioned , being a good size (6ft wide x 3ft 6 inches deep ) with a knee hole height of 61 cm .
The desk comes in three sections for transport and re assembles easily with no screws or tools required .
