This is an incredible quality and a highly detailed original Maritime Watercolour Painting depicting ships and boats attempting to find cover from the rough seas.

The fabulous painting is attributed to the world-renowned British maritime artist William Roxby Beverley (1811-1889).

The dramatic image portrays a group of fishermen in a small rowing boat attempting to reach the jetty.

In the distance, larger vessels can be seen heading towards the same coast.

The piece is immaculately presented, and it is mounted within a later (vintage) glazed and gilt frame.
