A superb pair of Royal Doulton stoneware vases in mint condition, measuring 21cm (8.25 inches) tall. Believed to be a design by Harry Simeon, these striking vases feature bold Art Deco geometric panels near the neck—stylistic details that suggest a production date in the 1920s. This timeframe also aligns with the final years of Bessie Newbery’s remarkable 40+ year career at Doulton, making these a particularly special example of her work.
Each vase bears the impressed Royal Doulton mark with crown and lion, along with the series number 7903. Both pieces are monogram-signed by Bessie Newbery.
Together, the pair remains in immaculate condition—free from chips, cracks, crazing, restoration, or any notable wear. A wonderfully decorative and collectable duo.
