Late Regency Foot Stool - Needlepoint Textile - c1830

This lovely little Regency footstool is a pleasing piece.

The walnut veneered circular frame is detailed at the perimeter with brass sun-bursts.

The stool terminates with bun feet.

Overall a lovely Regency footstool and piece of furniture which is both functional and looks attractive. The piece is not without signs of wear in the form of flaked veneer - please see images.
