Original watercolour and gouache

In the style of Josephine Haswell Miller (1890-1975), unsigned.

This is the second incarnation of Peebles Hydro, originally completed in 1881 and devasted by fire in 1905. The architect in this case was James Miller, (the original architect for Gleneagles Hotel), for re-opening for business in 1907.
