Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
It has a drawer above a cupboard with a pair of panelled doors and a further drawer to the base, all with original turned ebony handles. It stands on square legs united by an attractively shaped X-under tier. In good original condition, the beautifully figured mahogany with good original warm patina. Would make a wonderful statement piece in a bathroom or bedroom, offering lots of useful storage for clothes or towels and toiletries etc.

Good colour and figuring to the mahogany. Mirror plate is old, and foxed with specs and loss of silver, appears original – nicely aged. General wear and marks commensurate with age. Small piece of veneer missing to one corner at front. An old solid small mend, visible to interior of cover (see photo).
