These are a handsome pair of Victorian antique silver plated tureens by Tiffany & Co. Each stand on a gadroon mounted circular base. These round tureens are shaped with an elaborate handle either side. Mounted with shells, gadroon and acanthus leaves. The removeable top handle is also decorated with a shell and acanthus leaves. c.1880 American made with a makers mark for Tiffany & Co stamped underneath. Each has a 4 pint capacity. These are sold in original plate with little wear.
Diameter of each bowl excluding handles: 23.5cm (9.25'')
Height is approximately: 20cm (8'')
