A mahogany bedroom chair with cane seat and backrest, dating to circa 1900. The shaped back features a gentle arch above a fine close-woven cane panel, complemented by open scroll arms and turned front stretchers. The rear legs are slightly splayed for stability, with a low seat height consistent with late 19th-century bedroom seating. Well suited as an occasional chair or dressing-room accent, with light wear to the frame and cane consistent with age.
