A beautifully made thirty hour 18thc longcase clock by Thomas May of Witney, made around 1760-70....it has a brass 10'' dial with no spandrels and a single hand, inside is the original ''birdcage'' movement . The oak case is original with a beautiful natural patina and it is topped off with a caddy top....a lovely clock to own, which was sold in the year 2000 for £4,200.00 so what wonderful value for money now..!
