William IV Rosewood & Brass Inlaid Jewellery Box.
A beautiful example of a William IV Rosewood Jewellery box dating back to c.1835. The box features a shaped brass top and key escutcheon with a beautiful design of brass inlaid borders to the top and front with circles to each corner to the top and front. It sits on its original feet complete with a key.
We have relined the interior with a red handcrafted marble paper to suit the colouring of the box. A wonderful piece of rosewood.
Superb quality and condition measuring 30.5 x 23 and stands 14 cm high.
