A George V era Deco period silver and guilloche enamel jewellery box with clear hallmarks for Birmingham 1926 and makers mark for Henry Matthews. This box is in superb condition with a sage or sea green guilloche enamel lid of outstanding quality. The box stands on silver cabriole legs. The silver body is smooth plain silver. The lid is gilt lined. The inner box is lined with cream velvet, probably original. Beautiful, elegant and in excellent condition.
