A very attractive and detailed sterling silver model of a ship made in Japan in c. 1950 (likely by Seki Takehiko, born 1908, working from 1936). The yacht is in excellent condition throughout and is beautifully made with a lovely finish to the silver with gilded highlights. The ship is encased in a glazed wooden-framed case. Hallmarked to the rear of the ship. Exquisite detailing.
