The frieze with an oval paterae, within a harebell swag, against a 'sand' ground. the frieze flanked by curved brackets, decorated with falling leaves, resting on Corinthian capitals and fluted columns. The slips in beaded and lambs tongue form, holding the bevelled plate.

Depth 3 inches, 7.5cm.
Date circa 1820.
