This truly incredible ring, circa 1880-1901, features 3 stunning sapphires of a dark blue and dark, slightly greenish blue colour for a total of 0.39ct. Surrounding them is a host of fabulous old European cut diamonds and one modern brilliant cut diamond, each with incredible lustre and sparkle, boasting antique charm. Each gemstone has been carefully grain and claw set in the low gallery head, leading to split shoulders with scrollwork engraving and a plain band.
This ring, circa the late Victorian era, has been electronically tested and assessed as 18ct gold. It is in good condition with light marks commensurate with age.
