Description

A George V era silver half pint tankard or christening mug with clear hallmarks for Birmingham 1929 and makers mark for renowned maker Adie Bros. The tankard is made of plain smooth silver, in a conical shape with a plain D shape handle. The tankard base is inset for stability. It is stamped 1/2 pint with a serial number. The interior is gilt lined, a mark of quality and providing a luxurious burnished finish. The condition is excellent.
