Victorian Antique Silver Sugar Bowl and Sifter Spoon Set, London 1883

Description

A beautiful Victorian antique silver sugar bowl and matching sifter spoon. Made in London in 1883 by W & J Barnard. The spoon and basin have matching hallmarks. The bowl is hallmarked underneath and on the swinging handle, the spoon on the shaft. The bowl is gilded inside as is the bowl of the sifter spoon. Both items are beautifully decorated with engraved flowers and leaves. They are in excellent undamaged condition. The bowl of the spoon is delicately fret cut with leaves and flowers. They are of exceptionally high quality workmanship.
