An Antique Large Walnut Library Bookcase C1890

An antique large Walnut library bookcase and dating from around 1890. The beautifully crafted bookcase has a moulded cornice with a dental moulding followed by two glazed doors, both of which have a bevelled glass panel with a small narrow carved panel above. It comes with original brass handles a key and has three fully adjustable shelves inside. To each side of the top is a flat moulded column with carved corbal to the top. The base is moulded around the top with three graduating drawers on the left hand side, which are pine lined with original brass handles and moulded drawer fronts. On the right hand side is a door with four panels and a carved boss to the centre. It has brass handle and a shelf inside. Its moulded round on the bottom on a plinth base and it seperates for ease of movement.
