Art Deco 1.06 Carat Diamond Drop Earrings, Circa 1920

Description

Real class. These gorgeous early Art Deco earrings feature a white and bright 0.30ct (approx.) old European cut at the top, from which hangs an elegant drop set, in each earring, with twenty-three eight-cut diamonds and a pair of baguette cuts. Beautifully designed and beautifully made with top grade diamonds; these are very special.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from IGR.

Cut:? The diamonds at the top are old European cuts. The remaining diamonds are eight-cuts are baguette cuts.

Colour:? The diamonds are generally well-matched at bright, ranging from F to J.

Clarity:? The large diamonds at the top are VS2. The remaining diamonds range from VS2 to SI1.

Carat:? The total carat weight has been conservatively estimated at 1.06.

Circa:? 1920.

Measurements:? From top to bottom (not including the fishhooks) is 25.5mm.

Weight:? The combined weight of the earrings is 4.55 grams.

Metal:? Platinum. The fishhooks are 18k white gold. Tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer.
