Art Deco 1.61 Carat Old Cut Diamond Three Stone Ring, Circa 1930

Description

A wonderful Art Deco diamond three stone ring, with wonderfully bright stones is a fine vintage mount. The 0.71 carat (approx.) old European cut diamond is flanked by a pair of 0.45 (approx.) old European cut diamonds in the most beautiful setting; with split claws and fine detailing in the platinum gallery, leading to a slim and tapering platinum shank.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from IGR.

Cut: Old European cuts.

Colour: H in the centre. G and I in the sides.

Clarity: The centre is VS2. The sides are VS2 and SI1; all are clean to the naked eye.

Carat: The centre is approximately 0.71 carat, with a total approximate diamond weight of 1.61 carat.

Circa: 1930.

Size: L 1/2 or US size 5 7/8. Free sizing available.

Measurements: From the edge of one outer diamond to the other is 15.75mm. The ring is 6.5mm at the widest point and sits 4.9mm from the finger.

Weight: 3.01 grams.

Metal: Platinum. Tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer.
