A 15 Drawer Mahogany Collectors Cabinet Circa 1930.

Description

A very versatile 15 drawer mahogany collectors cabinet. Slim and unusually long drawers ideal for the protection and display of a multitude of collectables. Originally built to house a collection of british lepidoptera.

Drawers base lined with a layer of cork papered over. All original closely fitting glazed frame tops. Reputed to have been made for an executive by the portsmouth shipyard cabinet makers and fitters.

All drawers fitted with the original and complete ivorine knobs.

Front to back. 14.25 inches.

Front to back. 13 inches.

Overall depth. 2 inches. (british imperial pins).
