Description

This is a quality solid William IV rosewood stool by John Kendell, Leeds, Yorkshire, cabinet maker 1783-1863. Kendell was thought to be on a par with Gillows. It has a trade label with an item number 94472, there is also a workman’s signature. At some point it may have had castors. Newly reupholstered.
