Edwardian Silver Novelty Trophy Cup 1903

Description

This fabulous small novelty SILVER TROPHY CUP was made by Goldsmith & Silversmith Company Ltd in 1903.

Standing on a tapered raised foot, this unusual Silver Trophy Cup has three applied handles on a spherical bowl. To the front of the cup there is an engraved armorial from a previous owner.

In superb condition despite being over 120 years old, this rare novelty item would make a superb addition to any silver collection.

Dimensions:

Height – 2.0” (50mm) / Diameter – 1.25” (32mm)

Weight – 37.4gm / 1.2 ozt
