Edwardian 0.70 Carat Double Old Pear Cut Cluster Ring, Circa 1910

Description

A delightfully unique Edwardian ring featuring a matching pair of old pear cut diamonds, surrounded by a further 17 rose cut diamonds. The pears are arrange in a "bowtie" formation, and are rubover set in milgrained platinum. Sits nice and low to the finger on a slim and tapering 18k yellow gold shank.

Cut: Old pear cut diamonds, with rose cut diamonds in the surround.

Colour: The pears are K to L. The smaller diamonds are I to J.

Clarity: One pear is VS2; one is SI2. The remaining diamond are VS.

Carat: Each of the pears is approximately 0.25 carat, with a further approximate 0.20 carat in the surround.

Circa: 1910.

Size: O or US size 7 Free sizing available.

Measurements: The head of the ring is 7 x 14.5mm and sits 3.6mm from the finger.

Weight:? 2.73 grams.

Metal: 18k yellow gold and platinum. Tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer.
