Description

This is a truly unique pair of single all Iron beds. Fabulous shaping throughout the frame and Ironwork. The castings and clamps have a lovely circular theme which ties them all in together. The general shaping and chunkiness of the castings is Indicative of American Antique beds, through the paint finish we have paid homage to the shabby-chic style that is often found on many antique American beds.

Whole frame shot blasted and primed prior to hand pant finish designed to pay homage to the shabby-chic style of many antique American beds. Comprised of Little Greene’s Spanish Brown colour peeking through Clay Deep. Waxed and buffed well to protect and shine.

Suitable for standard single size mattress 3’ x 6’3” / 90cm x 190cm

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases for superior mattress support and to raise the get into bed height.

The bed is photographed on slats with our Bordeaux mattresses. We can supply hand-made mattresses in all comfort choices, and also with zip and link connections to make a super king-sized mattress. Please see our web site or email for full specifications and prices.

Bedsteads have been sourcing, restoring and retailing antique beds and bedroom furniture for over 30 years. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.
