The attention to detail in the colourful clothing and formal costumes is superb. The visual storytelling portraying themes of education, wisdom, and hierarchy in Qing society, amidst virtues of every-day life. The gilded rococo-style scrolling borders and diaper decoration framing the figural panels and edges of the bowl are finely executed.
