Description

An utterly perfect cushion cut cornflower blue sapphire nestling in the most graceful and beautiful of settings. Twelve cushion shaped old cuts encircle the sapphire; all the diamonds are clean and high white. The band splits into stylised “branches” with asymmetrical leaf details at the shoulder. A delightful and striking design realised with A-class gemstones.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from IGR.

Cut:? Square cushion sapphire and old mine cut diamonds.

Colour:? The diamonds are G to I.

Clarity:? The sapphire is eye-clean. The diamonds are VS2 to SI1.

Carat:? The sapphire is approximately 1.35 carat, with a total approximate diamond weight of 0.90 carat.

Circa:? 1950.

Size:? K (UK) or 5 1/8 (US). Free sizing available.

Measurements:? The sapphire is approximately 6.5 x 6.5mm. The head of the ring is 12.1 x 11.0mm and sits 4.8mm from the finger.
